Returns & Exchanges

At Makeup Geek, we want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges in accordance with the policy outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility:
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or products marked as non-returnable.
  • For hygiene reasons, used or opened cosmetics cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
2. How to Request a Return:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization number and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
3. Return Shipping:
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or faulty upon receipt.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Makeup Geek is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refund Process:
  • If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges:
  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, shade, or product, please contact our customer service team. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is not available, you may opt for a refund instead.
6. Damaged or Faulty Products:
  • If your order arrives damaged or if you receive a faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and your order details.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost or offer a full refund, depending on your preference.
7. Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used cosmetics
  • Sale items or products purchased with a discount
  • Gift cards
