Where we deliver

We deliver to the countries available at checkout. Additional destinations may be added over time. Delivery charges and the delivery options available for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Free shipping

Free shipping is available on orders above the amount shown in the banner at the top of our website. The offer applies automatically at checkout when your basket qualifies.

Order processing

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery times

The estimated delivery time for your address is displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs or events beyond our control.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details where available.

Customs, duties and taxes

Prices include VAT where applicable. If your parcel is subject to any additional duties or import charges in your country, these will be explained at checkout or by the carrier.

Delivery problems

If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at glamcare@makeupgeek.co.uk with your order number and, if relevant, photos of the parcel and items, and we will help resolve it.
