Orders and payment

How do I place an order?
Choose your product and shade, add it to your cart and follow the secure checkout steps. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through a secure checkout and we never store your full card details.

Do prices include VAT?
Prices include VAT where applicable. Any shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible at glamcare@makeupgeek.co.uk. If your order has already been dispatched it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to return it under our returns policy.

Shipping and delivery

How much does shipping cost?
Free shipping is available on orders above the amount shown in the banner at the top of the site. Shipping options and costs for other orders are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.

How long will delivery take?
We aim to dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days. The estimated delivery time for your address is shown at checkout.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver to the countries available at checkout. More destinations may be added over time.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking details where available.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?
You have 14 days from receipt to tell us you wish to return an unopened, unused item in its original sealed packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened or used make-up and skincare cannot be returned unless faulty. Full details are in our returns and refund policy.

My item arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?
Email us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will put it right.

Products and shades

How do I choose my shade?
Each product page shows the available shades as swatches. Select a shade to see its photo. If you need help choosing, email us and we will be happy to advise.

Where can I find ingredients and usage details?
Product pages include usage tips. Full ingredient lists are shown on the product packaging.
